What do i put for 'why' i am suing a person?
Long story short, i dont want to simply say "I'm suing to get my money back"
Short version: Something happened where i paid for a service say that cost $200, then wound up paying $1200 out of pocket to FIX the problem that occured because of the first service.
I have loads of documentation, not an issue. Pictures, testimony, even went as far as contacting the company themselves to settle out of court
Now, I am out $1200, PLUS i will need to pay $25 a month for the next oh i dont know, 10-15 years to upkeep their mistake.
Dont ask questions, please just answer me how i would word this on the "Why are you suing so and so".
I'm having a hard time wording it because its money i lost out of pocket plus its going to cost x amount of dollars for x amount of years, so its an 'ongoing problem'
plus i had to put the $1200 on my credit card which has an interest rate of 12% and its been there since March (so Appx 4 months) so its been costing me even more!
I'm gonna walk out on to this sturdy branch and say that you should put the reason for the suit in the "why" section. For instance...what you just put on here.
